Please ensure that you’re travelling on a valid medical visa to obtain treatment from CRAFT Hospital. To receive a visa invitation letter from us, kindly send your passport copies to admin@craftivf.com or manager@craftivf.com. We’d immediately process the invitation letters to be shown at the embassy and share it with you.
If you require airport pick-up from us, kindly send your flight ticket copies to admin@craftivf.com or manager@craftivf.com a few days prior to your arrival. We’d schedule your airport pick-up and our team would receive you at the airport.

Upon Arrival:
A representative of the team will receive the guest at Airport (Cochin International Airport, Kerala)
Transport to Hospital / Hotel as per the admission plan
Kindly get a 4G SIM connection at the International Arrivals in Cochin Airport
Arrange visit/ admission to Hospital
On arrival at the hospital, the patient and bystanders will be taken to the International Waiting Lounge by a Guest Relation Executive for further formalities like Registration, verification of passport and VISA, signing of the consent forms and so on
There will be an executive translator for International Arab patients
Individual patient attention by the Guest Assistants
Guest Relation Executives are given multilingual training to facilitate easy communication with the guests and also for interpretation services
