Worked as senior resident, senior specialist, lecturer, specialist and consultant at very busy speciality centres and teaching institutions across Kerala. and Sultanate of Oman.Highly skilled in difficult airway management and regional anesthesia among all surgical specialties including pediatric and neonatal, uro, neuro, spine, laproscopic surgeries pertaining to perioperative and post operative intensive care which icludes invasive monitoring, initiation and maintanence of mechanical ventilation and pain management, Also experienced in trauma anesthesia and critical care. Currently working as Consultant Anesthesiologist and Head of Anesthesiology and perioperative medicine at Craft Hospital and Research centre, from 2016 with additional responsibilty of Department of Trauma anesthesia and critical care at AR medical centre from 2020
Dr. Shikkuraj completed his MBBS (1986-1992) from Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur, affiliated to University of Mysore and his DA in Anaesthesiology (1998-2000) from Adichunchanagiri Institute of medical sciences, Bellur, affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi university of health sciences, Bangalore.
